At TwelvePaws we specialize in pet accessories that are 100% handmade in Calgary, AB, Canada.

This is an adjustable 1" waist (or hands-free) leash. You can purchase other attachments to have multiple leads to the same waist leash. The waist portion of the leash is adjustable and is 56" at its longest length.
Each of the attachable leads are adjustable as well and start at 3ft.

If you require alternative measurements for your waist leash, or want a 1" fabric that is not advertised here, please send me a message for a custom order.

With EVERY item sold at TwelvePawsCA we donate 1$ to an animal shelter in need.

If you are picking up locally (in SE Calgary), select YYCPICKUP at checkout to void shipping fees and once the order is finished you will be sent an e-mail with my address where you can pick up your custom package.

TwelvePaws uses Lettermail shipping as our Standard Shipping. This can take between 2-5 business days for Canadian orders, 4-12 business days for USA and 5-20 business days for international orders. Please keep in mind that I have no control over customs and this can cause delays as well. If you wish to upgrade to our Regular Parcel Shipping (which is trackable) you can use the upgrade in the drop down menu bar during the shipping portion of your order.

Best leash!

This is my favorite waist leash. I have had others. I love that the leash unclips from the waist rather than having to unclip the waist all the time. Also nice that you can add multiple leash extensions.

Wound buy again

The attention to detail on this item is amazing. The clasps are robust and smooth to use. Fabric is soft and strong. Seams are well done. Would highly recommend! It’s a nice length for running or something. For our training with clever canines, I’d like it to be smaller because I am short and my dog is tall. I just tied a knot in the leash and now it’s perfect!

I love everything twelvepaws. My crazy pup has multiple bandanas and a couple of collars and we absolutely love them. This waist lead is perfect for walking and mountain adventures. Thank you for making such good quality products!:)

Adjustable Waist Leash

My mom LOVED it! I bought it as a Christmas gift and even though I ordered quite late, it arrived in time! The leash was perfect, it fits her beautifully and allows her to have better control of her pup. She was always concerned because she has carpal tunnel and loses grip so easily, but with this leash she has no worries!

Amazing!

We recently adopted a second dog, and immediately taking them together on a walk became a problem (tangled leashes, etc). We purchased 2 different leashes off Amazon in an attempt to make it easier (one was a waist leash and the other was a coupler) but they were poorly constructed and seemed to make the problem worse. I came across this company at the BMO Christmas market and was so excited to see they had a waist leash for 2 dogs! Since receiving it walks have never been better. I have a German Shepherd and Australian Shepherd, and this leash easily stands up to their weight, even when they pull. The quality is excellent, and I love the back clip so I have more control of the dogs. Thank you TwelvePaws for making adventures with my dogs so much better!
