Shipping policy

All our bandanas, leashes, collars and bows are 100% handmade with love! Processing times can be between 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email once your order is completed and has been sent out.

If you are picking up locally (in SE - Calgary, FAIRVIEW), select YYCPICKUP at checkout to void shipping fees and once the order is finished you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on picking up your custom package.

TwelvePaws uses Lettermail shipping as our Standard Shipping in our attempt to keep shipping prices as low as possible for our customers. Lettermail can take between 2-5 business days for orders from Canada, 4-12 business days for orders from the United States and 5-20 business days for all international orders. Please keep in mind that we have no control over customs and this can cause delays as well. Since Lettermail shipping is not trackable, we also have as much information of its whereabouts as you do once it leaves our possession at the post office. If you wish to upgrade to our Regular Parcel Shipping (which is trackable) you can use the upgrade in the drop down menu bar during the shipping portion of your order. If the estimated time above has passed for your order and you still have not received your package, please contact us at twelvepawsthreetales@gmail.com and we can discuss options for reshipment.
