Returns

All orders are exempt from being returned as they are made to order for our customers. If you have a question about sizing, please read our recommendations on our sizing page, or send us a message at twelvepawsthreetales@gmail.com. However, sizing mistakes do happen, so we do accept exchanges for 30 days after you receive your item. If you need to contact us in regard to an exchange, please send us an email with your Order # to twelvepawsthreetales@gmail.com

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping
To exchange your product, please send us an email letting us know the product will be on its way back, and a reason with why you would like to exchange it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
